  • 2 lbs honey gold, potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary or thyme (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh minced garlic Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor
  • Grated parmesan Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor
  • Lemon zest Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor
  • Smoked paprika Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • First, to fry the potatoes, cut the potatoes into 2 parts, then pour them into a bowl and combine 2 tbsp of olive oil from above, and spices 1.5 pounds of honey gold, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dry mustard, salt, and pepper together.
  • Then spread them over a layer on the baking sheet.
  • Fry for 25-30 minutes, turn in the middle.
  • Serve incandescent and crisp.
